Join the support server
Head to noyralabs.com/discord to join the Nøyra support server. Accept the rules and you're in.

Go to #get-support
Find the #get-support channel in the channel list. This is where all support tickets are opened.
Tip
Check the #faq channel first — it mirrors the FAQ docs page and your question may already be answered there.

Select a topic and provide details
Click Create Ticket, choose the topic that best fits your issue, and fill in the requested information. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can help.
- Your server name and ID
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages you saw
