Inviting the bot
Add Docket to your Discord server in under two minutes. You only need to do this once per server — everything else is configured from the dashboard.
Invite the bot
Click the button below to invite Docket to your server. You'll need administrator permissions in your Discord server to authorize it.
Grant permissions
The bot requires these permissions to function properly:
- Manage Threads — Create and archive private ticket threads
- Send Messages — Post ticket embeds, notifications, and panel buttons
- Use Slash Commands — Register and respond to slash commands
- Manage Roles — Add members to ticket threads by role
When you use the invite link above, these permissions are automatically requested. Just click "Authorize" to grant them all at once.
Access the dashboard
After inviting the bot, visit the dashboard to configure it. Sign in with Discord, then click on the server where you just invited Docket.
You need to log in with your Discord account to access the dashboard. Use the "Sign in" button at the top right of the website.
Configure basic settings
Set up the minimum required configuration to start accepting tickets:
- Default Ticket Channel — Where new ticket threads are created
- Create Ticket Types — At least one category for tickets
