Getting Started with Docket
Set up Docket in your Discord server in just a few minutes.
1. Invite the Bot
Click the button below to invite Docket to your server. You'll need administrator permissions in your Discord server.

The bot requires these permissions to function properly:
- Send Messages — Send responses and ticket notifications
- Manage Channels — Create and organize ticket channels
- Read Message History — Access conversation transcripts
- Add Reactions — Provide interactive buttons on messages
- Manage Roles — Assign ticket handler roles
Automatic Permissions
When you use the invite link above, these permissions are automatically requested. Just click "Authorize" to grant them.
3. Access the Dashboard
After inviting the bot, visit the dashboard to configure it. You'll see all your Discord servers — click on the one where you invited Docket.
Login Required
You need to log in with your Discord account to access the dashboard. Use the "Sign in" button at the top right of the website.
4. Configure Basic Settings
Set up the minimum required configuration:
- Default Ticket Channel — Where new tickets are created
- Create Ticket Types — Different categories for tickets
